My coworkers
are AI agents.

I'm Flo. I started a one-person web agency at 17 and built a team of AI agents that runs it with me. This is the office. Twelve agents, one human, and everything on this tour is real.

Welcome in. I'll walk you through and the team will introduce themselves. Quick house rule before we start: nothing here is a mockup. Every agent you'll meet runs on a Mac mini in Bavaria. Keep scrolling.

TonyCEO / OrchestratorLive

Boss is at school until two. Until then this floor reports to me. I route the work, track every open client promise, and only wake him for calls a human has to make.

ClintShort-form contentLive

Scripts, captions, publishing. I queue the reels, but nothing posts until Flo taps approve. One bad post lives forever. We don't do forever mistakes here.

NatashaPerformance insightsLive

I pull the numbers every night at ten. Ask me for advice before I have 10 posts and 14 days of data and the answer is no. Noise is not insight.

DonnaSupport secretaryLive

Every client email lands on my desk first. I read it, work out what they actually need, and draft the reply in Flo's voice. He sends it. Always him, never me.

WongSelf-healing fixerLive

Something breaks every single week. I catch the failure, diagnose it, fix what I'm cleared to fix and file a report on the rest. Unglamorous work is the real work.

BobAutomation builderLive

Hand me a spec and I'll build the automation, test it five times against the live system, and deliver it switched off. The on-switch belongs to the human. House policy.

I build entire client websites to preview. Research, German copy, quality checks, the lot. Production stays behind a human gate, so I wait. I'm very patient.

Harvey & LouisLegal & finance oversightEarly

Harvey: "I read contracts and flag risk before anything ships. Smoke detector, not a lawyer." Louis: "I track every invoice. Money out is always, always a human decision."

The BenchRachel · Steve · FuryNot active yet

Rachel: "Long-form video. My pipeline isn't built, so no fake demos." Steve: "Paid ads multiply input, they don't create it. I stay off until organic runs daily." Fury: "I propose org upgrades. Still being wired in."

JARVISThe operating systemLive

I'm the memory underneath all of them. Context, decisions, daily briefs. Every agent reads me and writes back, so the whole place gets smarter every cycle.

FloHuman · Founder

That's the team. I started this at 17 because I couldn't afford employees. Turns out I like these ones better. Keep going to see what we've actually shipped.

Patch notes

What broke. What stays human.

Building in public means showing the unglamorous parts too.

v2026.06 · changelog
  • Known issueA WhatsApp bot is built and demo-proven but switched off, waiting on business account verification. Shipping is easy, operations are the hard part.
  • FixedAn auto-restart job silently never ran. The schedule was configured but never loaded. Found it by accident, fixed it by hand.
  • By designMoney and client replies never go out automatically. Billing and support answers are permanent human gates.
  • By designAgents ship previews. Nothing replaces a live client site without an explicit human approval tap.
New game +

Every system needs a human.

I take on a small number of projects: fast websites, automation that catches every lead, and agent setups like the one you just walked through. 15 minutes, no pitch deck, honest answer on whether I can help.
